Steve Goldberg

Steven Goldberg is a graduate of California State University Northridge, California. Received a degree In Accounting and Finance in 1972.

Obtained a Master’s degree In Marriage Family and Child Therapy in 1997 Received an Ordination from the Center of Biblical Studies 2013.

Steven worked as a financial services executive for over thirty years.

For the past five years Steven has worked For Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) as part of the missionary team.

Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is a non-profit international church planting organization with a vision to train church planters to plant 5 million churches. Evangelizing the world lies at the heart of the ministry of DCPI. Equipping leaders to plant five million dynamic churches to reach the world for Christ is more than a mission statement; it is our vision from the Lord. Planting healthy, dynamic and sustainable churches is one of the most effective ways to fulfill the Great Commission.

Kathy Kirk

Kathy is the Director of Living Water Counseling and has been a Therapist for over 15 years and a School Counselor for 10 years. From Kathy: My desire is to help others find their purpose and passion for life. I believe that we all can benefit from a safe, encouraging place to work through past hurts, disappointments and events that have brought discouragement, defeat and even depression. I see myself as a supportive guide, coming alongside to help maneuver whatever difficulty is being faced. My approach to counseling is relaxed, engaging and “real”.  I have been married for 23 amazing years!
 I have 3 incredible kids (2 of them being teenagers)!
 I have a strong faith which is evident in who I am!
 I love the beach (as you will be able to tell from the moment you step into Living Water Counseling Center)!
 I have worked in a variety of settings,including being a Middle and High School Counselor.
 I have extensive training in Children, Adolescent and Depression Issues.
 I love coming alongside Couples to help them improve communication and conflict resolution skills.
 I enjoy speaking and teaching through different seminars, assemblies and classes that I offer.
 I am a certified trainer for the Breakthrough Parenting program as well as a facilitator

Almena And Ollis Mazon

Almena Lowe Mozon and Ollis J. (OJ) Mozon, Jr. enjoy sharing ministry together. Almena, a Clinical Psychologist, Life Excellence Coach and Director of Women’s Connection Ministry at New Song Community Church in Oceanside, CA often blesses us with music ministry when OJ is the preaching pastor. Ollis is a retired Navy Chaplain, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Director of Oral Learning for Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI). Storytelling is his passion and he reformats DCPI written training materials using oral Bible storytelling techniques and discussions to present the church planting guidance to oral learners and illiterate church leaders. Reaching these oral people groups expands the DCPI vision of equipping indigenous leaders to plant 5 million dynamic churches for Christ worldwide. Ollis and Almena are the parents of two adult children, Maya Adia and Orin Joshua.

Dr. Mark Alan Williams

Dr. Mark Alan Williams has been in full-time ministry since 1981. He has served as a church planting missionary, local church pastor, adjunct professor, denominational church planting director, author and speaker.

Mark is the founding pastor of two churches and has been the mother or partner church pastor for five other church plants.

He’s a graduate of Moody Bible Institute (diploma 1976), Biola College (BA 1978), Talbot Seminary (MDiv 1981) and Fuller Seminary (DMin 1990).

In the fall of 2016 Mark founded and began working full-time with Discipleship Journeys with Jesus (DJJ). The vision of DJJ is to take 1/2 million people on Jesus’ discipleship journeys. They equip people in actionable, biblical wisdom.

Prior to DJJ, Mark served for 18 years with Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) helping build the ministry from the ground up. Mark wrote and oversaw resources that are being used to train over 20,000 leaders each year in over 90 countries. These materials have been translated into over 30 languages.

Mark’s personal blog, is about “Building Your Life on Practical Biblical Insights.” He helps people figure out the world and live a dynamic, God-centered life from an interdenominational Christian perspective. He writes about spiritual life, family, and apologetics. His site has been read in over 140 countries.

He is the author or co-author of three books on church planting and other eBooks.

Mark has trained leaders on six continents including countries as diverse as Pakistan, Siberia, Egypt, Peru, The Congo, Ethiopia, Italy, Nepal, Myanmar, Australia, Colombia and others.

In 2010, he was chosen as the Alumnus of the Year of the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago.

Mark & Carolyn met at Biola University where she was a nursing major. Mark grew up in Ohio, and Carolyn is a native Californian. They have been happily married since 1979 and have three sons, Gabriel, Daniel and Benjamin.

Mark and Carolyn are members of New Song Community Church in Oceanside, CA, where Carolyn leads women’s Bible studies and Mark is currently chairman of the church Board.
